Job TitlePlastic Molding Technology (PMT) is seeking a dedicated professional for a key role in our manufacturing operations.Our company manufactures high precision plastic parts for automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial customers. The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in-house repair and fabrication of tools & dies.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environmentGrowth potential within the companyWhat You'll Do:Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and suppliesInspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisorApproves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-workDocuments inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality databaseApprove or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performancePrepare and submit reports to the quality managerAssist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action for process, product, internal, and external customer concernsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approachAbility to multi-task and be detail-orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office SuiteAnalytical/problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to take on a leadership roleWorks well under pressureAbility to work independently as well as in teamsPossess a sense of urgency while performing tasks accuratelyDependable, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and innovativeAvailable Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 - 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
