Pt Brand Ambassador

Summary In-store Brand Ambassador who delivers exceptional customer service and creates welcoming experiences on the sales floor. Responsible for driving sales through product knowledge, cross-selling and upselling while ensuring accurate and efficient checkout transactions. This role may be scheduled as part-time or full-time and requires a flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional travel. Responsibilities Greet customers, provide product information, and engage in selling to enhance the customer experience Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, checks) and manage promotional offers and coupon redemption Validate and inspect returned merchandise and elevate issues to management as needed Execute Ship to Home orders and maintain accurate customer profiles in the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap, queue line and surrounding areas Support visual merchandising standards and capture reticket information for tagless merchandise Requirements Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Ability to operate a register/POS, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
