Our practice is dedicated exclusively to extractions and minor oral surgery, allowing providers to spend more time treating patients and less time dealing with insurance complexities or production-driven expectations.

Position Summary

This opportunity is ideal for dentists who enjoy oral surgery procedures and want to practice in a fast-paced environment centered around urgent dental care. Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time schedule, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team that allows you to focus on delivering outstanding treatment.

What You'll Do

• Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment options
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
• Explain procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Follow all OSHA, infection control, and clinical standards
• Help create a positive, professional experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License required
• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
• Experience performing both routine and surgical extractions
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment
