This role will focus on project coordination, implementation support, business process alignment, user readiness, and operational execution related to CRM initiatives. The Salesforce Implementation Manager will work closely with Commercial Technology leadership, IT, implementation partners, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business stakeholders to help ensure successful CRM rollout and adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with experience supporting CRM implementations, business process improvements, and user enablement initiatives. This role requires occasional travel to support workshops, training, implementation activities, and business engagement across locations. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
