About the Position

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist patients with mobility exercises, strength training, and rehabilitation programs

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist

• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Active California PTA License (Required)

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
