This includes but is not limited to conveyors, crushers, heat exchangers, belts and drives, pneumatics & hydraulic unitsFabrication, installation, and maintenance of metal equipment including guards, covers, ducts, chutes, and attachments for heavy mobile equipment such as loader and excavator bucketsWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this position, you must:Be capable of collaborating effectively within a team setting and working independently without direct supervisionBe able to maintain an open line of communication with their Supervisor, other members of Plant Management, and PeersHave successfully finished the specified courses or their equivalents and provide evidence of completion:Mechanical Blueprint ReadingStick, Flat Plate WeldingTig (Hiliarc), Flat Plate WeldingMig (Wire), Flat Plate WeldingGas Weld & Brazing - Flat & Horizontal WeldingWho We AreWashington Mills is built on values that matter.
