Greets all patients and visitors to our clinics in both Sequim and Port Angeles, with compassion and empathy. Collects and accurately enters into EHR patient demographic data. Explains OMC/OMP policies and procedures necessary for registration to patients as necessary. Collects copays and payments according to OMC finance policies. Responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of patients through the registration process and keeps patients in the waiting areas informed of any delays.
