PCB Layout Designer (Onsite-Aerospace)

Description This is an on-site position requiring deep expertise in Mentor Graphics Xpedition and a strong background in aerospace-grade PCB design. The ideal candidate will bring precision and compliance awareness to support mission-critical projects. Job Responsibilities Design and develop complex PCB layouts using Mentor Graphics Xpedition tools and Expedition flow. Collaborate with electrical engineers to translate schematics into optimised PCB designs. Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and aerospace industry standards. Perform design reviews, resolve layout challenges, and maintain documentation. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production‑ready. Support continuous improvement in design processes and workflows. Job Qualifications 5-6 years of professional PCB layout experience, with a strong focus on aerospace applications. Proven expertise in Mentor Graphics Xpedition and Expedition flow. Strong understanding of high‑speed design, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience collaborating in cross‑functional engineering teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with aerospace standards and certifications. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
