Junior Marketing Representative

RAD Marketing Agency is a growing sales and marketing company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We partner with nationally recognized brands to deliver customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns through face-to-face marketing strategies. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Representative to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands‑on experience in marketing, customer relations, and brand representation while providing ongoing training and mentorship. What You'll Do Represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events. Build positive relationships with customers by educating them on products and services. Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer support. Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, sales, marketing, and professional development. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Accurately document customer interactions and campaign results. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing clients and the company. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
