The RN we add to our home care clinical team will have a set schedule that offers weekends off, holidays off with pay, company auto use, vacation, sick leave, personal leave, a monthly stipend/bonus, matching 401K, etc. plus growth opportunities. If you are team oriented, personable, and have strong clinical, assessment, and organizational skills, this can be the position for you. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with the home care clinical team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain organized patient records and documentation
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Satisfactory background checks and references
• CPR certification
• Driver's license and insurable driving record for company auto use
• Some nursing experience preferred; home care experience not required
