Job Responsibilities:

Administer vaccines
Screen patients for contraindications and health history before immunization.
Educate patients on vaccine benefits, risks, and expected side effects.
Monitor patients post-vaccination for immediate adverse reactions or anaphylaxis.
Document administration accurately in electronic health records (HER EPIC) and registry databases.
Maintain cold chain storage requirements for vaccine temperature stability

Skills:

RN Vaccinator
Administer vaccines

Education/Experience:

Active RN License in the state of practice required.
BLS/CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience: 2 Year
