We are currently seeking Radiologic Technologists for weekend shifts (Friday through Monday) and PRN shifts during those days. Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations is a plus, as our client does operate 20 locations across Brevard and Volusia County.
Primary Responsibilitie

Perform Radiographic Procedur
- es:Execute accurate and timely radiographic exams according to physician orde
- rs.Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring patient comfo
- rt.Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal image capture based on established protoco
- ls.Evaluate images for quality and clarity, adjusting techniques as need
ed.
Patient Care and Saf
- ety:Follow all radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff, adhering to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standa
- rds.Ensure patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HI
- PAA.Respond to patient needs and provide a supportive experience during imaging procedu
res.
Equipment Mainten
- ance:Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including regular cleaning, calibration, and troubleshoo
- ting.Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department for timely re
- pair.Manage and maintain radiologic supplies and restock as neces
sary.
Collaboration and Communic
- ation:Work closely with the urgent care team, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to deliver efficient patient
- care.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring a coordinated care exper
- ience.Assist in additional patient care tasks as directed by the lead technologist or super
visor.
Documentation and Comp
- liance:Accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- system.Stay current with certifications and compliance training, including knowledge of all regulatory requir
- ements.Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the depa
rtment.
Qualifi
cations:Ed
- ucation:Associate’s degree or diploma from an accredited radiologic technology
program.
Licensure/Certi
- fication:Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certi
- fication.State licensure, as ap
- plicable.BLS (Basic Life Support) certi

Skills:Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and associated t - echnology.Excellent patient interaction and communicati
