Conversational Designer

To enhance the Prompt Engineering team, the full-time Conversational Designer will analyze business processes, design scripts and prompts for AI agents, and create training datasets, all while working remotely across Europe. Key responsibilities Analyze client-side business processes and internal instructions to inform AI agent design Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes Create training and test data sets, and develop methodologies to assess AI agents' performance Required qualifications 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs for real business use cases Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents Background in business process analysis to translate complex workflows into structured dialogue scenarios Python scripting skills are a plus
