What We're Looking For Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ✅ Current, Active BCBA Certification Experience in ABA Therapy, especially in clinical or educational settings Strong Analytical Skills – Use data to drive decisions and adjust interventions Excellent Communication & Leadership – Guide, train, and collaborate with team members and families Your Responsibilities As a BCBA Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral challenges Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) ⚖️ Implement and monitor interventions based on ABA principles Track progress and adjust treatments as needed Maintain detailed, accurate documentation Provide training and support to families and RBTs Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices Ready to Make a Difference?
