Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to established building protocols. Answer and route incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
