Job Description: Shipping Clerk Lead

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: On-site

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and organized Shipping Clerk Lead to oversee our outbound shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this leadership role, you will guide daily shipping workflows, coordinate dispatches, and ensure that all outgoing orders are accurately processed, labeled, and sent out on time. If you have strong leadership experience, dispatch knowledge, and an eye for detail, we want you on our team!

• Leadership & Workflow Management: Lead daily shipping operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure efficient, accurate daily output.

• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Manage dispatch activities, coordinate outbound deliveries, and work closely with carriers, drivers, and vendors.

• Order Processing & Quality Control: Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, correct quantities, and product quality against order specifications.

• Documentation & Digital Logging: Maintain accurate shipping records, log tracking details, and upload/scan all shipping documentation into our systems within 24 hours of processing.

• Inventory & Staging: Properly organize, label, and stage products in designated shipping and warehouse zones.

• Warehouse Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the shipping and staging areas remain clean, safe, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.

• Experience: Prior leadership experience is required. Previous shipping, receiving, inventory control, or dispatch experience is a must.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive, take-charge attitude.

• Work Ethic: Highly dependable, self-motivated, and capable of directing daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting materials up to 40 to 50 lbs .
