Lead CRNA (Surgery Center) in Ohio
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at a Surgery Center in Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the anesthesia department
- Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures
- Supervise and mentor CRNAs and other anesthesia staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio CRNA licensure (or willing to get)
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRNA
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
