**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
- Replace used towels and linens with fresh items.
- Restock room amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and snacks.
- Vacuum carpets, wash windows, and dust furnishings.
- Inspect and report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
