This position is responsible for transporting passengers to and from their destinations in a safe and courteous manner.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

• Keeps cars stocked and cleaned during shift
• Generates reports of all associated expenses
• Follows all Safety, DMV and highway rules and regulations

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities:

• Makes minor repairs to vehicles, as needed
• Informs management of guest service issues

Minimum Education And Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of six months of driving experience in the transportation industry
• Must have a valid driver's license with Public Service Endorsement and must be insurable through the company carrier
• Must maintain an up-to-date medical card

Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Self motivated and able to work with little or no supervision

Training Requirements:

• All required safety and regulatory training
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including the use of manual transmissions
• SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands And Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Must be able to regularly visit all work related areas in Transportation
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
