Your mission is simple and ambitious: help bake the best garlic bread in the industry while keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.Location, Schedule & PayLocation: 7350 10th St, Oak Creek, WI 53154Hire Type: Full-TimeSalary: $22.50 - $24.90 per hourShift Premiums: +$1.50 (2nd shift) | +$3.00 (3rd shift)Shift Schedules:2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2 PM – 11 PM3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10 PM – 7 AMA Day in the LifeYou’ll kick off your shift reviewing production targets, then set up the line for a smooth run. You’ll complete changeovers with precision, dial in equipment for optimal performance, and keep a watchful eye on quality and throughput. When a minor mechanical hiccup appears, you’ll troubleshoot quickly—adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing as needed—and loop in Maintenance for anything complex.Collaboration is constant. You’ll partner with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team to raise the bar on reliability and efficiency.
