Job Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.) Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations. Eligibility criteria applies Starting Hourly Rate - $20.00 - $24.00, as well as an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight About Us Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table.
