Business Analyst

Business AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Documentation & Communication Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.Solution Design & Support Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.Testing & Validation Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience in [insert domain: e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT Services].Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
