What You’ll Do

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations while modeling our company’s core values every day.

Successful Restaurant Managers consistently deliver balanced results through effective leadership, proven systems, methods, and procedures. You’ll play a critical role in achieving sustainable sales and profit growth through people leadership, business leadership, personal accountability, and results-driven execution.

• Has 3+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a high-volume environment
