Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Dallas, TX

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Dallas area to drive demand generation and build relationships within rheumatology. The role involves developing strategic territory plans, engaging healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy partners, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market and customer insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Significant rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
- Must reside within assigned Dallas, Richardson, Garland territory
- Experience with territory and account strategy planning and execution
- Understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
