In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative solutions—such as autonomous hauling and fleet management—that address key customer challenges. You will collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, and strategy teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and develop long-term product strategies. This position plays a critical role in aligning business goals with customer needs and driving successful product outcomes. What You Will Do: Lead the execution of product strategies for quarry and small mine solutions Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned to business objectives Establish and manage product line priorities and manage investments Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, product capabilities, and features Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication of strategy Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve product roadmaps and ensure execution What you will have: Producing Results: Understanding of the criticality of getting things done despite current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes. Competitive Environment: Knowledge of business market concepts and principles; ability to utilize the processes, tools and techniques for gathering, analyzing, and communicating information about the competitive environment. Knowledge of Customers: Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information. This position will require up to 25% travel Summary Pay Range: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
