Registered Dietitian Nutritionist — Help Move Healthcare Forward with VNA Health Group

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our dedicated care team on a 30-hour work week, serving patients across Elizabeth, Jersey City, and parts of Englewood.

What You’ll Do

·       Support VNA Health Group’s mission by striving for excellence in every aspect of patient care and teamwork.

·       Deliver compassionate, responsive service that creates a positive experience for patients, caregivers, and team members.

·       Complete comprehensive nutritional evaluations for identified patients in accordance with VNA Health Group policy.

·       Collaborate with the care team, patients, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care.

·       Follow agency infection control and safety policies to help maintain a safe care environment.

·       Model professionalism by adhering to organizational policies related to attendance, appearance, and workplace expectations.

What We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or a related field.

·       Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

·       Experience working with culturally diverse populations.

·       Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

·       Computer experience preferred.

·       Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This role may include working indoors and outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, and using a phone and tablet for documentation.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $32.00 to USD $42.00.
