Job Opportunity: Class Action Associate Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join our Dallas/Fort Worth office. This role is part of our Class Action & Complex Litigation practice, focusing on defense of wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions, with approximately 75% federal court work. Firm Benefits Medical/HSA, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Family care leave 401k/profit sharing retirement plan Pet insurance Employees are eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with necessary computer equipment provided.
