You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) for the PAC?3 Transition to Production, Development, Resilience, and Japan. Our team is responsible for owning and maintaining the schedule for contractual deliverables.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for managing a highly talented team of Supply and Demand Planners.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts to identify and react to changing needs and priorities defined by the Program.
  • Attend multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management, assigning personnel to support internal operation plan (IOP) and critical schedule milestones.
  • Travel and communicate with all production sites as required.
  • Work outside of normal operating hours when necessary.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Desired skills

Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams, monitoring and reporting on all executive operations metrics. Experience in building/managing operating plan schedules in a sustainment environment. Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System). Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire Production supply chain. Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred Experience working Program proposals to establish labor budgets. Proven ability to build and lead cross functional teams to maximizing output.
