Sponsor-Side PE & M&A Associate (Hybrid) (New York)

Pernini Legal LLC is recruiting for an M&A/Private Equity Associate Attorney in a hybrid role based in New York, NY and Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will work alongside premier sponsors and portfolio companies on complex, high‑value transactions, with extensive involvement from due diligence through closing.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top law school, active bar status, and 3–8 years of private equity and M&A experience, preferably in a large law firm.
