About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard our operations and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You'll provide 2LoD compliance advisory oversight to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Advising on compliance requirements and related controls
• Supporting the development of new and existing products and services for retail and business customers
• Reviewing customer communications and marketing campaigns to ensure regulatory compliance and good customer outcomes
• Reading large volumes of regulation, breaking down what needs to be done, and translating requirements into practical actions
• Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending effective remediation to promote compliance
• Creating, assessing, and implementing policies and internal guidance
• Preparing compliance reports for internal governance and oversight purposes

What you'll need

• Experience in a second line of defence compliance role within a bank, payment institution, regulator, consultancy, or law firm advising financial institutions
• A solid understanding of regulations and guidelines applicable to banks and/or payment institutions, including specific requirements under Polish law
• Experience working with local supervisory authorities, including the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK)
• Knowledge of risk and control management, including the ability to identify compliance risks, assess control effectiveness, and recommend remediation
• Great advisory and consultancy skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business guidance
• Fluency in English and Polish

• A legal background with exposure to banking, payments, or financial services regulations
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across business
• Excellent project management skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a practical, solutions-oriented, data-driven approach

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN21,300 - PLN23,600 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
