Join Our Swim Instructor Team at Bulldog Swim Academy!

Do you love working with kids? Want to make a real difference in the water? Were looking for friendly, supportive, and high-energy Swim Instructors to help children (ages 412) build confidence, safety, and skill in the pool.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you bring a positive attitude and care about kids, well train you on our proven curriculum and support your growth every step of the way.

What Youll Do:

Lead fun, structured swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years (focus on ages 412).
Follow our progressive, skill-based curriculum tailored to each students comfort and confidence.
Keep classes safe, focused, and full of small victoriesno matter the students starting point.
Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and caregivers after class.
Create a warm, welcoming pool environment that helps even nervous swimmers feel at home.

What Were Looking For:

A genuine love for kids and teaching
Strong communication and patienceespecially with first-timers or nervous swimmers.
Comfort in the water and basic swimming ability (well teach you how to teach).
Previous coaching or swim instruction experience is a plus, but not required.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified with our help).
