Senior Attorney

This position requires the ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision. Duties Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and case managers. Conduct performance evaluations for attorneys and case managers. Handle a personal caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Ensure effective case management and deadline compliance. Provide compassionate and effective representation to clients. Maintain open communication with clients regarding case progress. Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies. Requirements Minimum of 10 years' experience in a personal injury law firm. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in using office software and database systems. Strong negotiation skills and experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing. Certifications Admission to the Texas State Bar.
