Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled and dependable Welder in Griffin, GA. In this hands‑on, rewarding role, you will be responsible for contributing to a quality‑driven production team, working with reliable equipment, and growing your welding skills with a company that values safety, consistency, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Performing high‑quality welding tasks according to specifications. Reading and interpreting blueprints, measurements, and work orders. Inspecting welds, materials, and finished products for accuracy and safety. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven MIG welding experience. Ability to pass a weld test if required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and the ability to work well within a team. Benefits Healthcare, vision, and dental benefits. Pay: $18–$22/hr based on experience. Shifts: 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 2nd: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (must be open to starting on 1st, then moving to 2nd).
