RV Resort Maintenance/Security Manager

Job Description

We are looking to hire an RV Resort Maintenance/Security Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of the property along with overseeing the security staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage records and information
Plan and maintain park facilities
Provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and office
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Oversee (distribute mail, security, custodial duties, etc.)
Scheduling of maintenance/security staff
Occasional weekends maybe needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields, experience in RV resorts and campgrounds a plus.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Basic computer skills including Excel
Good communication skills
Oversee outside vendors and obtain best quotes for park services that may be needed
Pay based on experience
