This role allows you to be the face of a family-owned business while enjoying the stability of local routes that get you home every day. You will play a key part in supporting residential construction and home improvement projects throughout the region.How You Will Make an Impact N Execute safe and timely deliveries of lumber, flooring, and appliances to residential job sites. NOperate company vehicles with precision while adhering to all DOT and safety regulations. NManage the loading and unloading of materials using proper equipment and safe handling techniques. NVerify order accuracy before departure to ensure complete customer satisfaction on every run. NMaintain rigorous documentation of delivery logs, mileage reports, and vehicle inspection records. NProvide professionaland courteous service as the primary point of contact for contractors and homeowners. NCoordinate with warehouse and yard teams to stage inventory and optimize daily delivery schedules. NRequired Qualifications & Experience N Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL). NDemonstrated abilityto perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying 5075 lbs regularly. NProven track record of vehicle safety with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR). NStrong communicationskills necessary for interacting with customers and logistics teams. NHigh School Diploma or GED. NPreferred Qualifications & Experience N 2 years of experience operating delivery trucks in a commercial environment. NPrior experience specifically handling building materials or flatbed delivery operations. NFamiliarity with thelocal West Monroe area and surrounding residential geography.
