What You’ll Bring:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Professional Educator License (PEL) ready to go
• Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably with high school-aged students
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and academic success for a diverse group of learners
• Ability to split your time between two buildings and manage a dynamic caseload effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to high school students as outlined by their IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine individual needs
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and support
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for student success
• Maintain compliance with all record-keeping and reporting requirements
