You are NOT selling roofs at the door. Your job is to speak with homeowners, identify potential roofing needs and schedule qualified roof inspections for our sales team. COMPENSATION $18–$22/hour 1% commission on roofing sales generated from your leads 1% commission on Pro Outdoor Living sales generated from your leads Daily appointment bonuses: $25–$375+ per day Cash & prize incentives Company trips & team incentives Paid training Advancement into sales and leadership (we promote from within) Bonuses and commissions are paid ON TOP of hourly pay. Roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, windows, home improvement or other canvassing experience is a major plus. No experience? No problem!
