Must have experience and skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment, as well as experience and knowledge of groundskeeping and custodial functions including snow removal. 40 hours M-F plus rotating on-call coverage. High school diploma and basic computer literacy skills required. Massachusetts driver’s license required. No criminal record.
