We use UGC-style creative to show how a live auction can turn the traditionally boring and stressful car-selling process into something competitive, transparent, and fun.

We’re hiring a Creator Lead to build and manage our performance UGC production pipeline. You’ll work with creator platforms, agencies, creators, and editors to turn creative briefs into high-quality paid social ads.

This is not an organic influencer marketing role. Our creators primarily produce content that will be used as paid advertising.

What You’ll Do

Post briefs and source creators through platforms such as Billo, Insense, and agency partners

Review creator profiles and select the right talent for each audience, concept, and script

Communicate scripts, visual direction, timelines, and production expectations to creators

Manage creator outreach, pricing, contracts, payments, deadlines, revisions, and final delivery

Review raw footage for authenticity, performance, pacing, script accuracy, and visual quality

Give creators and editors clear, actionable feedback

Make simple edits when needed, including tightening cuts, adding subtitles, text hooks, or basic B-roll

Organize and tag raw footage so editors can quickly create multiple ad variations

Maintain a reliable roster of creators who can be reused across future campaigns

Track creator quality, turnaround time, cost, revision rate, and asset performance

Work closely with the growth team and Creative Strategist to improve the production process and creative output

Ideal Profile

3–5+ years of experience in UGC production, creator partnerships, influencer operations, creative production, or a similar role

Experience working with creator platforms such as Billo, Insense, Grin, or similar tools

Strong content sense and the ability to identify whether a creator, performance, hook, or delivery feels natural and persuasive

Experience managing creators, agencies, production timelines, revisions, and deliverables at scale

Basic video editing skills and strong editing judgment

Able to make simple cuts, add subtitles or text hooks, and give clear feedback to professional editors

Highly organized, responsive, resourceful, and comfortable managing many moving projects

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with paid social creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms

Performance marketing, direct-response, agency, or high-growth startup experience preferred

Excited to work in-house and stay close to creative execution

This role is responsible for making sure the right creators produce the right footage, on time and at a consistently high quality. The Creative Strategist will determine the broader concepts and testing direction, while you will own creator selection, production, communication, and delivery.
