Maintenance Technician Parc Provence – Creve Coeur, MO Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parc Provence, a skilled memory care community dedicated to providing the best memory care possible. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance Assist with resident move-ins, room transfers, and furniture moves as needed Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas throughout all seasons Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and concerns Follow safety procedures and help maintain a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or general building maintenance Experience in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare environment is preferred Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance repairs Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday Why Work with Us At Parc Provence, we offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
