Position OverviewInternational’s Service Contracts and Connectivity Group has a great opportunity for a Product Manager – Service Contracts to join our team!Our future value proposition goes far beyond the product as we are making a shift from offering products to providing comprehensive solutions.The Product Manager – Service Contracts will be responsible for enhancing our product portfolio to better serve the owners and operators of our vehicles. The portfolio includes Extended Service Contracts, Maintenance Telematic products and other predictive offerings that help increase customer efficiency, improve confidence in Total Cost of Ownership, improve uptime, and drive customer brand loyalty.ResponsibilitiesManages product lines to enhance or distinguish product placementOwns market research and monitors competitive activity to identify business opportunities and address customer needsWorks collaboratively to establish pricing strategiesCommunicate VOC (voice of the customer) and VOD (voice of dealer) for product improvements and competitive positioningLeverage feedback from customers to develop contracted solutions that will help optimize their total cost of ownershipWork cross functionally to ensure organizational alignment with all business plans to develop new products or enhance existing product linesMay be assigned to work on one or many strategic initiatives to positively transform the customer experienceMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experienceAt least 1 years of lead experienceORMaster's degree and at least 3 years of marketing, sales or product-related experienceAt least 1 years of lead experienceORAt least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experienceAt least 1 years of lead experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
