Activity Assistant Flex

Life Skills and Transition Center (LSTC) is seeking an Activity Assistant Flex in Grafton, ND. Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours/week with a varied schedule of days, evenings, and weekends. As an Activity Assistant at the Life Skills and Transition Center, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, energetic, and safe environment for everyone who uses the Collette Fitness Center. Your days will be filled with a variety of meaningful tasks - from greeting guests at the front desk and providing facility tours to supporting fitness programs and assisting members with equipment. You'll handle cash register and computer operations, answer incoming calls, and ensure the facility stays clean, organized, and inviting. You'll also support our fitness community by sharing information about classes and programs, helping customers feel confident using cardio and weight equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position includes lifeguard responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment while customers are at the pool. To thrive in this position, you should be trustworthy, responsible, and confident in your abilities. We expect someone in this position to be professional, have good cash handling/math skills, and have the ability to take direction well. The ideal candidate should be professional, comfortable working with the public, and be able to work independently. To be considered for this position, you must be 15 years of age or older, have a lifeguard certification and/or able to obtain certification within 3 months of hire. No high school diploma or GED required.
