The OpportunityWe are looking for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to become a vital member of our growing team in Tampa (Hillsborough), FL. This position is exclusively outpatient, prioritizing quality, continuity, and compassionate care.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with rotating hours, plus one Saturday every six weeks.
Specialty:
Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Focus on prevention, screenings, and health education.
- Work collaboratively with an integrated care team and referral network.
- Efficiently document patient care using electronic health records (EHR).
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
- Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment centered on patient satisfaction.
- Receive strong administrative and clinical support, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Possess or be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Florida.

Primary Care PhysicianRequired Education- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible).
- Current State DEA Certificate.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous medical education and staying updated with advancements in family medicine.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is advantageous.
- Advanced English is required.
- Spanish is preferred.
