Job Description: We are seeking an AI Networking Channel Specialist to help accelerate growth across the Campus & Branch portfolio through our global channel ecosystem. This role will work closely with Partner Account Managers, Partner Solution Engineers, distributors, and channel partners to drive partner activation, pipeline creation, technical readiness, and opportunity development. Working closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Partner Solution Engineers (PSEs), Networking Specialists, Campus & Branch Business Units, and regional teams, this individual will help execute regional growth initiatives, support partner enablement programs, and accelerate adoption of HPE Networking's AI-native Campus & Branch solutions through the channel. The ideal candidate combines commercial and technical acumen, relationship-building skills, and foundational networking knowledge to help partners identify, influence, and progress customer opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Technical Acceleration Deliver execution of Campus & Branch channel growth initiatives resulting in pipeline generation and revenue growth. Drive AI networking adoption, Campus & Branch modernization, Enterprise network transformation, cloud-managed networking, and lifecycle expansion through effective solution positioning. Identify and support competitive displacement programs and migration opportunities. Support adoption of regional sales plays and acceleration programs, directly supporting Partner and PAM activation. Partner Opportunity Development Identify, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities with targeted partners. Provide technical guidance and solution positioning and competitive differentiation for partners throughout the sales cycle. Assist partners in developing customer architectures, adoption strategies, managed service practices and business outcomes. Partner Enablement & Readiness Support the development and delivery of partner technical enablement, managed services, demo, proof-of-concept (PoC), and readiness programs. Deliver technical workshops, boot camps, and partner activation activities. Develop partner competency across the HPE Networking Campus & Branch portfolio, driving cross-sell opportunities and cross pollination. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Networking/Computer Science Engineering or related field 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent Deep expertise in enterprise networking, including campus switching, wireless networking, managed services and cloud-managed solutions Strong understanding of AI-driven networking technologies and operational models Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, service providers, and distributors Ability to influence and collaborate across highly matrixed organizations Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Preferred Experience Experience with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking solutions, including Aruba Central, CX Switching, Mist AI, Marvis AI, EX Switching, and Wireless LAN Experience supporting partner enablement, technical sales, solution architecture, or channel engineering functions Industry certifications in networking or cloud technologies Ideal Profile A technically proficient channel professional with a passion for business development and partner success. This individual combines networking knowledge with commercial acumen to help partners identify opportunities, position HPE Networking solutions, and accelerate customer adoption of AI-native Campus & Branch technologies. They are comfortable engaging with partner engineers, architects, and sales teams, delivering enablement activities, supporting technical discovery conversations, and translating technology capabilities into business value. Through strong collaboration and relationship management, they drive partner activation, pipeline growth, and successful execution of regional growth initiatives. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 91,000 - 209,500 in North Carolina & Texas This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 75%/25%.
