Medical Assistant
At Glendale Pediatrics, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our families. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for our patients and their families. We are seeking a motivated medical assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate is reliable and has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, dependable, and enjoys working with kids! Be part of a high-paced, fun environment where patient care is our highest priority!
Job Duties: Back Office
Greet patients for appointments, take vital signs and patient history, room patients, prepare them for the doctor, administer vaccinations, prepare for medical procedures, communicate with patients and parents, patient chart documentation, and more!
Part-Time

- Paid Sick Leave (after completing 90 days)
Pediatrics
Flexible Hours. Monday to Friday. Saturdays as needed.
- Medical Assistant Certification/Degree (Required).
- Pediatric Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
- Must be willing and able to commute to the office in Glendale, CA, on time (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Required).
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required).
- Customer service: 1 year (Required).
