Requirements

✅ Active California RN License (must be active at submission)
✅ Minimum 2 years Oncology RN experience

✅ BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
✅ ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification – Required
✅ Epic EMR experience – Required

Assignment Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day Shift – 4×10s
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and IV infusions per provider orders and ONS standards
• Access, manage, and maintain central lines, ports, PICCs, and peripheral IVs
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions, oncologic emergencies, and infusion‑related complications
• Recognize and manage extravasation, anaphylaxis, sepsis, tumor lysis syndrome, and hemorrhage
• Perform pre‑infusion assessments , medication reconciliation, and lab review
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management
