Location: Monrovia, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and production, ensuring projects are accurately entered, scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter new customer orders and projects into the company system.
• Monitor and track jobs throughout the production process to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product selections, project status, and scheduling.
• Send payment requests and related documentation to customers.
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to provide accurate job information and updates.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
