Strategic Regional Portfolio Manager - Multi-Family

NW Recruiting Partners in Tacoma, WA seeks a Regional Portfolio Manager for multi-family properties. You’ll oversee 6–10 communities, drive operating and financial performance, and partner with the Director of Property Management to execute strategic plans. The role requires 5+ years in multi-family management, supervisory experience, and strong budgeting/market analysis skills.
