Case Staffing Manager

Overview Case Staffing Manager responsible for allocation and staffing of legal matters at Jackson Lewis P.C. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case’s unique needs and each attorney’s knowledge, skills and capabilities. Use firm resources and technology to keep attorneys’ caseloads on track and meet billable requirements. Handle transitions of matters during attorney departures, leaves of absence and integration of new hires. Maintain a client‑focused approach and strengthen client relationships within local offices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm; employment law preferred. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Attention to detail, advanced organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in technology use and assessment; success in collaborative team environments. Compensation & Benefits For California, the expected salary range is between $125,000 and $160,000. Position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
