Residential Counselor Community Resources For Justice, Inc. – Leicester, Massachusetts, United States About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Counselor to support the individuals we serve. Position: Full-time, 40 hours/week, non-exempt Location: Leicester, MA Benefits: Eligible Salary: $18–$22 per hour Schedule: First/Second shifts What you'll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including work integrated with the clients’ Individual Service Plans. Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Must pass required certifications as set forth by the agency within the allotted time. Must pass a criminal background check and driver’s check.
